1. Preliminary Technical Consultation:
Starting from the client's silo construction requirements, we conduct on-site surveys and measurements using drones. By understanding the site conditions and adapting to local circumstances, we develop a comprehensive plan. This includes determining a simplified process flow, the basic form, and preliminary specifications for steel silos. We prepare multiple budget comparisons, continuously optimize the plan, and ultimately finalize the solution.
2. Business Phase:
Business negotiation, contract signing
3. Design Phase:
Utilize technologies such as AutoCAD and PKPM BIM 3D digital design platforms to guide drawing design and simulate the entire on-site construction process.
4. Prefabrication Phase:
Complete prefabrication of silo roof components, silo body accessories, and auxiliary steel structures within the workshop. Perform self-applied anti-corrosion painting and sheet metal modification..
5. Construction Phase:
Construction equipment and materials are delivered to the site for fabrication and installation.
6. Completion Stage:
Upon completion of fabrication and installation, the steel silo products are delivered to the customer.
7 Acceptance Phase:
Assist the owner in installing and commissioning auxiliary equipment for steel silos.
8. Post-Sales Phase:
Training on the operation of steel silos.
