01. Spiral-locked steel silos
Spiral-locked steel silo manufacturing technology represents the world's most advanced silo construction method, featuring a unique construction process: During installation, 495mm-wide coiled steel sheets are fed through an uncoiler to a forming machine, where they are rolled into the required geometric shape. The sheets are then bent and interlocked by a bending machine, ultimately forming a continuous spiral-locked rib 30-40mm wide that provides circumferential structural reinforcement. For two materials of different compositions, the construction equipment can also perform double-layer bending operations.

NO.1 Excellent Overall Performance and High Strength:The outer wall of spiral-locked steel silos is formed by continuously interlocking rolled plates. These silos function as a single, solid unit with secure and reliable connections. The horizontal spiral ribs on the outer wall, combined with vertical stiffeners on the inner wall, form the structural skeleton of the silo. This significantly enhances the cylinder's strength, providing outstanding resistance to wind, seismic forces, and snow loads.
NO.2 Excellent Sealing Performance: The horizontal spiral ribs consist of five layers of wall panels formed through spiral bending, ensuring superior sealing. Consequently, these silos can store not only bulk granular materials but also liquid substances like water and edible oils.
NO.3 Short Construction Period, Low Cost: Constructing a 1,000-cubic-meter silo takes only 5-6 days, saving significant time and allowing customers to commence operations sooner to generate value.
NO.4 Compact Footprint and Easy Management: Unlike other silos, spiral-locked steel silos offer flexible height and diameter selections within a wide range. The minimum distance between silos is just 500 millimeters, maximizing space utilization and minimizing land requirements. Highly automated with integrated temperature and level monitoring systems, these silos offer exceptional operational convenience.
NO.5 Extended Service Life:Constructed from hot-dip galvanized coiled steel for the outer walls and galvanized cover plates for the roof, these silos deliver superior corrosion resistance. With proper maintenance, they achieve a service life of 25 to 30 years.

02. Welded Steel Silos
Welded steel silos are storage facilities formed by cutting and assembling steel plates, then securing them through welding processes (submerged arc welding, gas shielded welding, etc.). Their core structure comprises the silo roof, walls, base, and supporting systems for material loading/unloading, ventilation, and dust removal. Their core distinction from spiral-lock steel silos lies in the replacement of "locking connections" with "welded connections." This results in unique advantages in structural strength, capacity adaptability, and material compatibility, while also introducing specific attributes in construction and maintenance.
Core Advantages
Unlimited Capacity:Single-bin capacity exceeds 100,000 m³, far surpassing spiral-locked silos (max approx. 15,000 m³), ideal for large-scale centralized storage
Exceptional Structural Stability: Welded connections ensure superior integrity with outstanding impact and load resistance, suitable for harsh environments including high winds, earthquakes, and extreme cold
Broad Material Compatibility: Customized anti-corrosion, anti-seepage, and high-temperature resistant treatments (using heat-resistant steel plates for 100-300°C materials) enable storage of corrosive, high-temperature, and liquid special materials, with applicability far exceeding spiral-locked silos
Controllable Sealing: Post-weld sealing achieves "zero leakage" airtightness, meeting specialized requirements for fumigation, preservation, and anti-volatility
