It can provide the correct diameter of the silo, and the upward lifting silo body is attached to it, which can bear the spiral rising silo body.

Uncoiler
Driven by power, the steel strip stored in rolls is unfolded smoothly, uniformly, and with controllable tension, matching the speed of subsequent processing lines to provide continuous and stable raw material supply for subsequent processing processes, achieving automated assembly line operation.

Forming machine
Continuously cold bending flat steel strip, rolling the originally straight steel plate into "arc-shaped steel plate segments" that conform to the curvature of the warehouse body, and adjusting the curvature according to the diameter of the warehouse body.

Bending Machine
Assembles the prepared sheet sections by bending, seaming, and rolling them together while simultaneously coiling them into a cylindrical form. This creates a continuous 30-40mm spiral rib pattern encircling the silo's outer wall, significantly enhancing the structural integrity of the silo.
