3. Develop an integrated plan to determine preliminary solutions including simplified process flows, foundation types, and silo specifications. Prepare multiple budget comparisons and continuously refine to identify the optimal solution.
During Sales
1. Based on the preliminary plan, complete detailed design for structure, process, electrical systems, and automation. Conduct multiple rounds of calculations and optimization using 3D3S, PKPM, BIM, and other software to ensure design feasibility.
2. Assign a Class I or II registered construction engineer with over 20 years of construction management experience as project manager for comprehensive, high-standard quality control throughout the process. Dispatch a professional construction team for on-site implementation.


After-Sales Service
1. Dedicated account managers collect feedback, with customer service logging and categorizing requests within 12 hours (urgent faults/general inquiries).
2. Solution development: Technical teams assess within 24 hours. Urgent faults receive immediate engineer dispatch (24-hour on-site response domestically, 48-hour internationally), while general issues receive remote guidance.
3. On-site Service Execution: Engineers arrive with spare parts, diagnose before repairing, document the entire process, and obtain client signature confirmation upon completion.
4. Post-Service Follow-up: Follow-up within 7 days post-repair to verify equipment operation status; scheduled periodic visits during warranty period.
