1. Dust Removal and Prevention System

 

Configuration: Pulse-jet baghouse dust collector on silo roof (equipped with automatic differential pressure cleaning), discharge port dust collection hood, duct dust collector;

Function: Filters dust within the silo during feeding to prevent airborne contamination; recovers leaked dust during discharge to achieve environmental compliance.

 

2. Arch-breaking and Discharge System

 

Configuration: Bin-bottom fluidized bed (delivers compressed air via blower to fluidize material), air cannon (1-4 units for impact-breaking of caked material), screw conveyor / pneumatic conveying pump;

Function: Resolves cement caking due to moisture and discharge blockages, enabling uniform and rapid discharge to meet continuous production demands of mixing plants.

 

3. Material Level and Pressure Monitoring System

 

Configuration: Radar level gauge (real-time monitoring of silo material inventory), pressure relief valve (automatic pressure release when silo pressure exceeds limits), temperature sensor (monitors material heating);

Function: Provides real-time feedback on silo material status, prevents overflow from full silos or shutdowns from empty silos, ensuring production safety.

 

4. Moisture-Proof and Anti-Corrosion System

 

Configuration: Moisture barrier at silo base (asphalt felt + waterproof coating), anti-corrosion coating/galvanized layer on silo walls, rainproof sealant on silo roof;

Function: Prevents groundwater and rainwater infiltration, protects silo structure from corrosion and prevents material moisture absorption and caking.

 

Key Daily Maintenance Points

 

● Regular Inspections: Monthly checks for peeling/corrosion of wall galvanized coating/paint, loose joints; promptly retouch or tighten as needed.

● Dust Collection System Maintenance: Weekly cleaning of dust collector filter bags; verify proper operation of cleaning devices to ensure dust removal efficiency.

● Arch-breaking and Gasification System Maintenance: Periodically check air cannon storage tank pressure and gasification bed permeability. Clear residual material from discharge ports to prevent blockages.

● Moisture Prevention Inspection: Before rainy seasons, inspect silo roof waterproof seals and silo bottom moisture barriers. Repair damaged areas promptly to prevent material dampness.

● Winter Protection: In northern regions, install insulation layers on gasification beds and air cannon pipelines to prevent ice formation that could disrupt operations.
