Structural Features
- The silo body employs a spiral interlocking process. Steel plates are cold-formed and continuously interlocked without welded seams, ensuring high overall strength, excellent sealing, superior wind load resistance, and seismic performance, making it suitable for complex conditions in metallurgical plants.
- Wall thickness is customized based on material density (3-6mm), reinforced with vertical stiffeners. The base features a conical or flat design with wear-resistant liners and anti-slip structures to prevent impact damage from metallurgical materials (e.g., scrap steel).
- The silo roof adopts a dome or conical structure, equipped with rainproof, dustproof, and ventilation devices. Select models can be configured with material level monitoring and temperature sensing systems to meet metallurgical material requirements for moisture prevention and anti-caking.
