1. Structural Design: The cylindrical silo body is formed by spiral-locked 2.5-6.0mm galvanized steel plates without welds. The roof features a conical or arched design, while the base incorporates a conical hopper for efficient discharge. Integrated moisture-proof layers and ventilation systems address cement storage requirements for moisture prevention and anti-caking.

 

2. Specifications: Single-silo capacity ranges from 300 to 30,000 tons, with diameters of 3–36 meters and heights of 5–36 meters, allowing flexible customization to site conditions. The silo body withstands wind loads of 0.55 kN/m² and snow loads of 0.3 kN/m², suitable for most regional climates.

4. Discharge System: Standard configuration includes a conical silo bottom + screw conveyor/pneumatic discharge device, achieving ≥95% discharge efficiency. Directly interfaces with the batching plant inlet to support continuous production. Optional level sensors and temperature sensors enable real-time monitoring.
