For high-humidity or highly corrosive conditions, 304/316L stainless steel is selected for superior corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. Wear-resistant liners can be installed on tank surfaces directly exposed to straw to reduce abrasion.
- Foundation and Protection: Steel structure supports or reinforced concrete foundations ensure structural stability. Outdoor equipment features rustproofing + UV/freeze protection on exterior walls; insulation layers are added in northern regions to maintain stable reaction temperatures. Wear-resistant seals at joints prevent gas leakage and odor dispersion.
