  • Main Structure: Primarily cylindrical in vertical or horizontal design, comprising the tank body, sealed lid, agitation system, inlet/outlet ports, and support structure. The tank body may incorporate a jacket layer (for heating/insulation) and is internally fitted with a spiral agitator or paddle-type mixer. Some models integrate crushing components to simultaneously achieve straw shredding and mixing. The lid includes manholes, sampling ports, and vent openings, while the tank bottom features discharge ports and drainage outlets for convenient removal of residues and waste liquids.
  • Core Materials: Primarily Q235 carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating (epoxy, polyurethane), offering moderate cost and resistance to weak acid/alkali corrosion during straw fermentation. For high-humidity or highly corrosive conditions, 304/316L stainless steel is selected for superior corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. Wear-resistant liners can be installed on tank surfaces directly exposed to straw to reduce abrasion.
  • Foundation and Protection: Steel structure supports or reinforced concrete foundations ensure structural stability. Outdoor equipment features rustproofing + UV/freeze protection on exterior walls; insulation layers are added in northern regions to maintain stable reaction temperatures. Wear-resistant seals at joints prevent gas leakage and odor dispersion.
