Food Waste Treatment Reactor
Description
Technical Parameters
Food Waste Treatment Reactor
The food waste treatment reactor serves as the core equipment in food waste resource recovery systems. It is specifically designed for processes such as crushing, sterilization, fermentation, or anaerobic digestion of food waste, featuring corrosion resistance, sealing integrity, and efficient agitation capabilities.
- Anaerobic Digestion Reactor: Primarily used for biogas production, this reactor features a sealed high-pressure structure. Its agitation system ensures thorough contact between food waste and anaerobic microorganisms. Fermentation occurs at 35°C (mesophilic) or 55°C (thermophilic) conditions, breaking down organic matter to generate biogas for recovery and utilization.
- Aerobic Fermentation Reactor: Used for producing organic fertilizer. Equipped with aeration and agitation systems, it introduces oxygen while controlling temperature and humidity. Aerobic microorganisms degrade organic matter in food waste, converting it into raw material for organic fertilizer.
- Wet-Heat Sterilization Reactor: Specialized for sterilization and volume reduction. Jacket heating raises internal temperature above 120°C, combined with pressure to eliminate pathogens and insect eggs in food waste while pulverizing materials, reducing workload for subsequent processing stages.
Key Performance Features
Corrosion-Resistant Sealing
Materials and seal design withstand grease, acid, and alkali corrosion, preventing odor leakage and secondary contamination.
01
High-Efficiency Reaction
Agitation ensures thorough mixing of materials with microorganisms and chemicals. The jacket heating/cooling system precisely controls reaction temperature (±2°C tolerance), enhancing processing efficiency.
02
High Adaptability
Customizable tank capacities range from several cubic meters (small-scale food waste stations) to tens of cubic meters (large resource recovery plants), supporting continuous or batch operation.
03
Safety and Reliability
Equipped with pressure relief valves and temperature alarms to prevent safety hazards from overpressure or overheating, compliant with environmental and safety regulations.
04
Application Scenarios
Widely used in municipal food waste treatment plants, large catering establishments, school cafeterias, and community waste transfer stations. Suitable for centralized food waste resource recovery projects as well as on-site reduction processing in small to medium-sized facilities.
