Free Standing Plate Silo

The silo body is constructed from high-strength galvanized steel plates formed through spiral rolling. The outer walls feature continuous spiral seams, enhancing structural strength and sealing integrity. The silo roof is typically conical, while the base can be designed as either conical or flat depending on discharge requirements. Some large silos incorporate spatial truss structures for additional stability.

Capacity typically exceeds 5,000 cubic meters, reaching up to 20,000 cubic meters or larger. Diameter generally ranges from 15 to 30 meters, with height between 20 and 40 meters.

The silo body primarily uses high-strength galvanized steel plate with a zinc coating ≥275g/m² to ensure corrosion resistance.

The silo roof incorporates ventilation and dust removal equipment to regulate internal temperature and humidity, preventing material spoilage. The loading/unloading system combines multi-point loading with central discharge, featuring pneumatic valves and dual-gate discharge valves for precise flow control. Additionally, an intelligent monitoring system provides real-time tracking of temperature, humidity, and material level.
